Booking conditions and cancellations

Booking procedure

  • To formalise a reservation you must pay the full amount of your stay into the specified bank account.
  • The accommodation will be exclusively for the booked number of people.
  • Tourist tax: €1 per night and person. The tax will be paid on arrival at the accommodation.

 

Booking conditions

  • Minimum stay of: 2 nights in the low season, 2 nights in mid-season, 7 nights in high season and 4 nights at Easter. Season 2018:
    • Low season: 6th January – 25th March / 2nd April – 25th May / 22nd September – 7th December
    • Mid-season: 1st January – 5th January / 26th May – 6th July / 25th August – 21st September / 8th December – 31st December
    • High season: 7th July – 24th August
    • Easter: 26th March – 1st April
  • Obligatory bed sheet and towels service: €6 per person.
  • Available cot at no extra cost for kids under the age of 2. The price of an extra cot is €6. If you want to book another cot, please let us know in advance.
  • If you want to book an extra bed, please contact us at info@fernwehdeltadelebre.com.
  • The price for an extra cleaning service is €60 per day.
  • If you want to book an additional laundry service, please contact us at info@fernwehdeltadelebre.com.
  • No pets are allowed.

 

Cancellation conditions

  • Cancellation up to 15 days prior to the agreed accommodation date: 100% refund, including the extra booked fees.  
  • Cancellation up to 14 days prior to the agreed accommodation date: 50% refund of the total booking per night and 100% refund of the extra booked fees.
  • Cancellation up to 7 days prior to the agreed accommodation date: nonrefundable rate.
  • Cancellations due to a force majeure*: 100% refund.

*Force majeure:

  • Unexpected death or serious illness of the host, the user, a direct family member (spouse or partner, children, parents, legal guardians, grandparents, siblings) after the booking date.
  • Serious injuries that prevent the host from receiving the users after the booking date.
  • Natural disasters or extreme weather that affect the destination country or country of origin after the booking date.
  • Travel restrictions due or security alerts published by the national or international competent authorities after the booking date.
  • Endemic disease declared by a reliable national or international entity after the booking date.
  • Serious damage in the property or maintenance problems that prevent the host from ensuring a safe stay.

  • Cancellation within 24 hours prior to the agreed activity starting date: nonrefundable rate.
